At KIKIO Underwear Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Thongs and Bralettes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to our return address provided in your email confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping fees for exchanges will be waived if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
